The Officers and Leadership Circle of the Congregational Church of West Medford | Sanctuary UCC issue this call to a Congregational Meeting to:
1. Receive the 2015 CCWM Annual Ministry and Financial Reports; including current financial resources and draft 2016 budget
2. Vote on accepting a New Ministry Grant for Sanctuary UCC from the United Church of Christ based on the 2015/2016 Sanctuary UCC Ministry Plan
3. Vote on a proposal for Lakota YouthStay Ministry for 2016/2017
4. Vote on extending guarantee of lead pastor contract to Dec. 31, 2017
5. Vote on 2016 Budget
6. Vote on nominations for Leadership Circle and Nominating Committee
7. Consider other new business as brought forth by members or friends of the congregation.
